My name is Margaret, I’m located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and I’ve been breeding champion English Setters for over 43 years.

I bought my first English Setter, Penny, in December of 1977. This sweet natured, gentle, and loving dog is responsible for the passion I have for English Setters. It’s 35 years later and I am still going strong!

Penny was so patient with me when I became determined to put a Championship and Companion Dog title on her. So typical of an English Setter all she wanted to do was to please me. We eventually did earn both of those titles and I realized how much I enjoyed being in the conformation ring. What followed was the other realization of wanting to breed English Setters.

Over the years I have bred numerous Canadian and American Champions; many who were also multi group winners in Canada and the Unites States. English Setters I have bred have been Best in Show and Best in Specialty shows winners! I am proud of these accomplishments and have always strived to breed healthy dogs with that wonderful English Setter “personality” and who conform to the standard for the breed.

Above everything my dogs are my companions who are loved and spoiled. My dogs who have lived with me have given me much enjoyment and I have made many lasting friendships with the owners of English Setters I have bred.
